Spinach Salad Healthy Recipe!

Sometimes eating salads can seem like a chore to some of us. I myself, eat this salad almost every single day!
With this easy recipe that is super delicious and healthy hopefully this salad can become a part of your daily meals!

Ingredients:

  • spinach (pre washed) – 1 big handful

  • dried cranberries – quarter cup

  • feta cheese – 3 cm cube

  • strawberries – 5 large strawberries

  • olive oil – 1 tbsp

  • balsamic vinegar – 1 tbsp

  • Chicken (Optional) – 1 chicken breast

Dressing:

Mix the olive oil and balsamic vinegar in a small bowl until mixed together. Pour over the other ingredients and toss salad until Mixed.

This is such a great way to get more greens into your meals and enjoy doing it in the process!
All in all this entire salad when the chicken is precooked only takes me about 5 minutes to prepare and even quicker to eat!
